There’s a high anticipation in the air for Mockingjay Part I. While it may not be the most popular book in The Hunger Games series among a lot of the fans, the film adaptation has a very high chance of being even better than the book. From what we’ve already seen of President Snow’s (Donald Sutherland) two Panem broadcast messages, which you can watch here and here, we know the stakes are the highest they’ve ever been and war looms on the horizon.

To further wet everyone’s appetite for everything Hunger Games, Lionsgate has released 7 new posters of what are the District 13 (which was previously thought to have been destroyed) rebel warriors. They are: Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Boggs (Mahershala Ali), Messala (Evan Ross), Castor (Wes Chatham), Cressida (Natalie Dormer) and Pollux (Elden Henson). UPDATE: Lionsgate has also added a new poster, featuring the Mockingjay herself, Katniss Everdeen, which you can see above.

The posters are dark in nature (and I’m not just talking about the color of their clothes and background). Each warrior is carrying a weapon and look like they’re ready to lead their way into battle. Mockingjay does become a major battle zone and the fact that this group is dressed like covert secret agents helps set the tone. The addition of the mockingjay wings is fantastic!

You can check out the posters below! Click on them if you want to see the bigger version!

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I is directed by Francis Lawrence and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Jena Malone, Donald Sutherland, Jeffrey Wright, Elizabeth Banks, Sam Claflin, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Stanley Tucci.

The film hits theaters November 21, 2014.
