Rosewater, directed by The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart, tells the story of Iranian-Canadian journalist Maziar Bahari, who is imprisoned for 118 days after filming a breakout of protests and violence during his coverage of the 2009 Iranian elections. He is charged with espionage and then moral corruption and his story is truly inspiring.
Now, one lucky person will be able to win a free copy of Bahari’s memoir, Then They Came for Me: A Family’s Story of Love, Captivity, and Survival, which inspired Jon Stewart to make Rosewater. The memoir is a New York Times bestseller and a must-read!
